Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our hive receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
